Terms of Service – Rocketboyz LLC


1. All Sales Are Final

By placing an order with Rocketboyz LLC, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final and therefore non-refundable. Please be advised that we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.


2. Order Processing & Shipping

Orders may take 2-7 business days to be packed and processed. This timeframe remains the same regardless of the shipping method selected at checkout. The shipping timeframe begins only when the postal service scans your package, not when you place the order. Please keep this in mind when making a purchase.


3. Shipping & Lost/Damaged Packages

Rocketboyz LLC is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages that occur during transit or after delivery. Once your order is shipped and the carrier acknowledges receipt on their website, it is out of our control. We strongly encourage customers to add Shipinsure Package Protection at checkout to ensure coverage in case of shipping issues. When you add Shipinsure to your order, if your order gets lost, damaged or stolen, you may file a claim with Shipinsure, so they can replace or refund your order. Once Shipinsure is added to your order, they will send you an email with instructions of how to file a claim should there be any issues with your order. 

Please note that if you do not added Shipinsure package protection to your order, if your order is lost, stolen or damaged, you will have to contact the mail carrier directly to file a claim with them and go through the claim process. Please note Rocketboyz LLC does not file claims with the mail carrier. If the carrier needs any information from us, they may email rocketboyzllc@gmail.com and we will gladly assist with any information need on our end.


4. Agreement to Terms

By making a purchase on www.shoprocketboyz.com, you agree to these terms and conditions. Moreover, you acknowledge that you have read all our policies in its entirety before completing a transaction.
