Damages and issues (Please add Shipinsure Package Protection to protect your order in the event of damages, loss or theft):

Please inspect your order upon reception. If your package arrived damaged, please visit Shipinsure website or click on the email from Shipinsure to start a claim, so they can replace or refund your order.

Exchanges
No exchange is offered on our products. By making a purchase, you acknowledged that you understand that your order is final and non-exchangeable. 

 

Processing time

Please allow 2-7 business days (Monday to Friday excluding holidays)for your order to be processed regardless of the shipping method chosen at checkout. The shipping time starts when the mail carrier receives and logs your package. Once logged by the mail carrier,  please allow 3-14 days for your package to arrive.
