Rocketboyz is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages that occur during shipping. Once your order has been processed, shipped and logged by the mail carrier, it is out of our control. To ensure your package is protected, we highly encourage customers to add Shipinsure Package Protection at checkout. Once Shipinsure is added, in the event of loss, theft, or damage, you may file a claim with Shipinsure Package Protection and they will review your claim accordingly. Once your claim is approved, Shipinsure gives you the option to reship or refund your order. Please note the Shipinsure is a third-party and Rocket Boyz LLC does not have any input on decisions made by Shipinsure.
If you do not add package protection offered by Shipinsure on our website, then you would need to contact the mail carrier directly in the event of loss, theft or damage while the package is in their possession.
